What is your return policy?

Refunds are granted within 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping. No refunds are granted for custom boards.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to the continental United States.

Can I get an individually made custom board?

Yes! Custom boards are available in the shop. Buyers may request specific wood types and colors in a personal consultation with the artist.

Are playing piece sets available for purchase?

We hope to add wooden playing pieces to the store in the future!

How will the item be shipped, and when will it arrive?

The item will be shipped using UPS or USPS and should arrive within 2 weeks of order confirmation. You will receive tracking information as soon as it is available.
